White 2-105 oil leak

Hi everyone I m new to forum. I was baling today and lost oil pressure so shut things down. I have a massive engine oil leak coming from behind fuel tank running down onto transmission. I ve looked through parts catalog and service manual and can t find what kind of oil return line runs up there. I thought maybe oil pressure line but filled up engine oil and gauge works fine. And it s literally pouring out. Any ideas any help appreciated.

I don't know a lot about the Whites, but
could it be leaking from the valve
cover...bad gasket?

Thanks for your reply. It s pouring out behind the engine just ahead of steering column. I had to add 9 litres of oil. There no leaks on engine itself. I think it has to be sending unit

I believe the oil pressure sending unit is on the left side of the engine with the gauge operating electrically . so question if that is whats leaking. I've
had mine apart several times, but can't remember whats there that could be leaking. valve cover gasket would be a good place to start.

The oil is leaking out directly under dash below rear of fuel tank. Looks to be 1/8 hose running up to gauge. Leak is at least 3’ behind valve cover and isn t even really close to engine.

Fill with oil plug gage and start if no leak you now know what it is. change line or put gage on at line to block point and go finish what you need to do. Fix this winter.
