Nice looking tractor. We had an 830 and boy till they weaned it it could go through the fuel. 60 gallon an afternoon and need more in the morning. Just blowing hay from the field into the barn. Would load it then unload into the barn never unhitch during the day. Still would use 30 gallon a day after it was weaned. Glad fuel was only about a Quarter a gallon back then.

And yet the diesels were very efficient. We had the later model with the taller hood and larger 31 gallon tank and could plow all day with only filling every morning.

We had a 700. I don't remember it being bad on gas. Isn't the 730 engine same as 700 only they sped it up to get a couple more horse?
