Ford 515 mower breakaway latch

I am resurrecting a 515 Ford mower - it appears complete and in decent shape, except for the latch on the breakaway bar. The hook part is broken off and missing. I've resigned myself to making a new latch, but don't know what the hook part looks like. All photos I've found here and on line show the breakaway bar in various states of assembly, but none show the latch hook. I'm thinking the hook part is not at 90 degrees to the rest of the latch, but at some angle to allow it to release under load. Does anyone have a photo of just the latch? Parts books pictures are not clear enough.

Someone replaced the whole assembly with one for an IH mower.

I have an extra ''pull bar'' for a John Deere mower I'd sell for $50, but it would take some adapting to make it work, would probably need to be lengthened..

A MUCH simpler mechanism, tho.

Photo is from the 'net, but the part I have is an exact duplicate.

I have an original operators manual for a 515 mower if you need one
