I was going to ask everyone what this tool is. Then I found the words/letters Nes2 on it and went ahead and goggled it. Sounds like it is used to clean up threads on bolts - a thread chaser. SAE sizes 11/16 to 1 1/2. Metric sizes 17 to 38. I think I might have got it at a flea market or garage sale. Now that I know what it is it might come in handy someday.
