Today I attended a rare Tuesday afternoon sale...It was for Bob and Susie O'Dell whom lived just north of Carthage,MO...Its been wet and cool so no one can do
much farming-etc..It was cloudy and chilly with a north wind so I wore a winter coat for the entire sale..All the old tractors started and ran good...Only two had real
good tires..All had battery tenders,,There were several guns and they all sold good.



2016 Zetor Proxima 85 tractor with loader----$44,000-Had 100 one owner hours
and was showroom new...A new one is 67K-No Def and no computer

1941 A Farmall with 4 ft sickle mower---$1,150

2004 Polaris Ranger 4x4 with 552 hours-----$6,300-belonged to auctioneer

No pic but a like new 2021 6.5 ft by 12 ft single axle trailer sold for $1,900.

Jasper,MO once had a big IH dealer so they use one to welcome you.


Lamar,MO had a huge JD dealer so they use a John Deere tractor to welcome you...They now have a
chain store...The long time JD dealer thats now retired has a huge collection of old JD's and I'm sure that he donated this one.




The LaGrange one room school north of Carthage dates back to 1876.

This display sits across the road to the north of the LaGrange School.



The Pleasant View one room school south of Holden,MO...This was taken yesterday.... I was in Holden yesterday
morning to attend the funeral of a tractor pulling friend Bruce White that farmed SE of Holden.

The late Bruce White taking the 10500 Hot Stock win at Clinton,MO in July 2019 with his strong 6030 John Deere..
In 2020 and 2021 he pulled a 9500 Pro Field 1066 IH...It took 2 years to get it dialed in and he finally won
the last hook of the year at ElDorado Springs,MO with a different turbo plus 2 mismatched pistons in it...He had burnt 2 pistons
at Archie,MO the week before.He was going to be tough in 2022 but it will never happen..Bruce was one of those guys that
made you feel like you had known him for all of his life even though it was for only 3 years..He still had his Dads 1206 IH
that was bought new..Bruce was our senior MSTPA puller at age 75.....I now get to take that title over at age 72...RIP Bruce...
You were one of the good guys and will be missed..


The Elm Tree school south of Columbus,KS..

The 1872 Colored school in Neosho,MO..My town had one and the fools tore it down in 2001
rather than try and restore it...It made lots of people mad...

1206--Sorry about you buddy-It is always tuff to lose a fellow puller--we have that secret bond! He went from a 6030 to a red one??? OK??? Thanks for the good post again-Stopped the other night to see my neighbor with that 58 Chevy but he was not home-was going to get some pics for you-he has 2 restored 1206s-left him a care package on his doorknob-next time...Keep them posts coming and stay safe!---Tee--Another 2/3 in. last night-WET
