Im gonna go out on a limb and guess it runs due to the shiny exhaust. Im also going to guess he doesnt care about the looks due to the not shiny paint.

Obviously, there's not enough windows in the rear to back up well - Or the delivery truck took a hit before it became a tractor cab.
