My sister in law has a JD110 garden tractor. has front hydraulics. My BIL restored it and it is a nice looking machine. Problem as with most widows,the mere fact that her husband built it makes it very valuable.
The hydraulics are the only feature that I can see raisng its value.
Anyone got a ballpark figure?
 
A picture or two would help immensely because valuation depends on condition and location.
There was only an internal hydraulic lift system offered on the 110/112 line.
If it has hydraulic couplings in the front it is not a 110, but a 120 or 140.
These things matter a lot if she wants to know what that little tractor is worth.
 
You should be able to find one in average working condition for $500 to $1,000, maybe more if nicely restored.

It can take decades to mend hurt feelings. To keep the peace, if you don't like her price then quietly look elsewhere without commenting.

re you interested in buying it, or are you trying to help her sell it? 63-67 round fenders are the collectible ones. 68-74 square fenders are going up in value, but not like the round fenders. I like them because they're simple and very practical. Anything over $500 for a square fender will be available for sale for a long time before finding a buyer.
 
I have no interest whatsoever in buying the machine.
BIL died ten years ago. She needs to start divesting his projects.
He has a couple of restored JD lawn and gardens, a 3/4 done '37chevy coupe. Bunch of other stuff.
Just trying to bring her down to earth on actual values.
