Ford 7000 power steering issue

I recently rebuilt the power steering pump on my ford 7000, it worked just fine before but leaked. It worked like single finger steering. I only replaced the o rings and did not get into replacing parts. So far I have driven it a mile or two and the steering at best is one arm steering (with a little effort) otherwise it doesnt leak and I tested it with a drill before I re installed it to see if it pumped fluid and it did. The seal kit I got was on this website and the item number is 187034

If this is your first Ford power steering pump rebuild, my bet is you got some parts in the wrong places. It's easy to do, I've done it a few times myself,
and it wasn't on my first one. The bushing blocks don't go in just one way, you can easily get them wrong. No leaks maybe, but also no workee.

I always had hell getting the big orings to sit/stay in a figure eight position to get the pump back together.

Ok is there a certain orientation them bearing blocks should be at? I made sure not to force them in to fitting and the o rings i got stayed in place, thanks!
