Has the look of a Cat with the D-6 or 8 engine by the length of the hood. Looks like it had wheels and another drive axle put under it for FWD. Don't know how well those tires would pull in field use.
 
Yes, a DW6-like ''Sugar Baby'' Converted by Clewiston Motors of FLA. for the U.S. Sugar Co., also of Clewiston to haul loads of sugar cane from their fields to the mill. Clewiston converted a batch of D69Us in 1950 and another group of D6Bs in 1960 to build a total of around 150 of these haulers for U.S.S.C.

Really was not that complicated they grafted a road grader lower chain boxes to a d6 drive . Used all cat components and gave good service.
