Ford 4000 '64 gas. Power steering reservoir leaking

I had subject pump rebuilt years ago and reinstalled reservoir with no leaks, about 8 years ago. Now the reservoir leaks and have tried to stop the leak with a variety of remedies; new O rings and best fit thickness and diameter, variety of gasket sealers between reservoir and pump and between reservoir orifice reinforcement, homemade cork gasket where there isn't generally a gasket between reservoir and pump, and varied torque on the bolt that holds the reservoir. Still with a variety of these fixes or just the original assembly without gaskets it still leaks. Haven't found any replacement reservoir or orifice reinforcement or orifice seals available online. Any ideas? It's leaking alot of oil. I don't put oil in it unless I'm using it because it just leaks out of reservoir until empty.

Usually an unsolvable leak in something like that is a microscopic crack in the metal.

Trying to braze or weld it (if you can find it) likely will warp it beyond any hope of sealing.

If you are sure the leak is coming from the reservoir, and not somewhere else and blowing or tracking down, I
would start searching for a new or used reservoir. Try Ebay, salvage yards, rebuilders.

Reverse the steel reinforcement plate between the reservoir and pump.

Of course, you will install proper new O-rings at the same time.
