Can some one please tell me the exact difference between a R26160 and a R26150 jd block? Thanks

I am guessing those are casting numbers, as they don't come up in a search for part numbers. How about some more info? What are you working on? What engine are you asking about?

R26160 is a 3010 diesel block casting # & R26150 is for gasoline/LPG

Thanks, those are casting numbers. I am curious as to some specific difference between a gas and diesel block. I have a R26160 out of a 3010 utility. Wondering why JD made both when parts seem to be interchangeable.
