I hope Ed told him to blow out the cooling fins on the engine every day. I had some neighbours that bought those air cooled tractors, that didnt blow the fins out every day, they blew the engine out instead, $$$ .

Ive only been around one it had an agco Allis decal and orange paint but the only allis was the sticker on the hood . It was a nice tractor though extremely hard to start on a cold fall day .

I bid on one of them at an auction two years ago. Poor old thing needed help. Three speed was dry, clutch was slipping, started hard, turbo was so rusty it was falling apart, three point arms pulled completely out of it. Figured it would bring $2500. It brought $7300. Then the guy turned around and sent it to one of the area consignment sales and someone paid $9500 for it.

Let me guess....to go along with all the other problems, it had low compression due to a worn out engine.
