Worked on the grill again today, pretty much done with the back side. The front is gonna take a while, cracked everywhere.

The right side was nearly broke all the way along it, had to prop a board behind it and a clamp to hold it in place .

Looks like you have the hang of it ! Dont know how many layers of glass you have on the back. Once you think its strong enough work on the front. I would just grind out the cracks and use regular body filler . As long as your repairs on the back are strong that would be fine. You could also grind out the cracks on the outside and brush resin into them before the body filler.

Or scissors a bunch of short fiberglass fibers, mix up with resin and work it into the outside cracks. Would add more strength than body filler. steve
