Working on restoring a Tractall Pedal Tractor that I had as a child. Originaly from the Buffalo NY/Bradford Pa area where my Dad had purchased it from the manufacture. The grand kids are looking forward to using it . The rear tires are well used and I am looking for a new set. If someone could assist me if locating them it would be a great help. The splice link in the chain is missing, does anyone have the specifications?

Pictures would be helpful for the engine panel is missing and I would like to recreat it along with the decals.

I will appreciate all the help
 
Pedal tractors generally use bicycle chain.

Unlikely you will find direct-fit parts for an oddball like this. There is a vendor that sells parts for Ertl and Eska pedal tractors.

A google search shows TONS of pictures of these tractors. The engine panel is just a flat piece of steel. Looks like early ones may have been belt drive.
