Thanks everyone who made suggestions. I found the problem was a bad connection to the air flow sensor, I hope anyway. I unplugged the airflow sensor and the air temperature sensor and it ran perfect! So I sprayed the contacts and plugged it back in. Then It threw a code that said high resistance in the injectors. I clean the terminals on the injectors and sprayed them with contact cleaner. it runs good now, so maybe that was it. I checked the codes and the computer says everything is good!
