First time user:
I have a allis b and want to change the tranny fluid,,, the pto plug on bottom of tranny housing is welded shut. Can tranny fluid he changed without affecting the pto oil,,possible issues.

Hydraulics and PTO changed trans oil to SAE 20, so maybe you could suck most of it out thru thru the fill hole since you can't drain it. Should be
able to refil with universal hyd/trans fluid.

If I drain what I can and just top off front two compartments of tranny , will that be ok?

Drill and tap for 3/4 inch NPT threads right next to the existing plug. Or drill that plug out and retap it to a larger pipe size.
