I need to get the carburetor rebuilt, any recommendations for places in the lower peninsula of Michigan, northwest Ohio or northeast Indiana?

what do you mean by rebuilt? a cleaning with a kit? .

I want to find a place to rebuild it. It will need to be sandblasted.

I used Motec engineering in Indiana for a 35 b carburetor. Think it was $100 plus shipping.

I dont like sandblasting. Grit gets into small idle circuit. It get in there but does clean it . Suggest a ultrasound heated with some pinesol . My suggestion

Check with Owosso Tractor. They post pictures on Facebook quite often of the stuff hey rebuild.
