Farmall 560 choke butterfly

I recently rebuilt my carburator on my 560. I have a question on the choke plate. With the choke closed should the arrow be pointing up on the butterfly or down? Two utube videos re this one says down the other up. Thanks

It should only go in one way for the screws to line up on choke shaft.

I do not know how accurate the parts drawing is as far
as part orientation but the online parts diagram shows
the back fire valve going in towards the front or it
would be up in the closed position, see link. I do know
for certain, as its name implies the ..backfire valve..
should spring open to release pressure from in front of
the choke plate or allow flow ..OPPOSITE.. of the
normal forward drawn in flow.
