They're connection piping for a rotary encanbulator should someone find one and want to incorporate it in place of a Sherman overdrive.....

One pipe is exhaust with muffler. The other is air intake to carburetor.

You are correct Duner and neither is original. Quite possibly functional though.

While it seems to be a rotarty encabulator, you can tell from the additional piping in y-axis that that it is, in fact, a Retro Encabulator, by Rockwell

Saving one yesterdays tractor one at a time.
The first thing I did when I bought a Jubilee was convert to vertical exhaust.
The second pipe looks like a modified air filter.
Did Ferguson use a hercules engine? OHV?

What is an encabulator??? Link does no good on finding that out. I never in my 78 years heard of that. And I did own a Ferguson TO-30
