JMOR used diodes

I never throw away good used diodes.

I used the diodes on the right to repair my mig welder. The welder wired 2 diodes in parallel. I wired 3 diodes in parallel. Still working.

I have 4 diodes on the left. Couldn't find any information about them. They came out of a huge power supply. Had huge capacitors.

I figure if I find a Junk DC welder or a 200 amp battery charge I would see if these diodes are big enough.

I'm retired and running low on diode inventory thanks to a former colleague and YT member.

Has anyone seen diodes with this size heat sink?

Perhaps I could make my own EV Charger.

Butting in as I'm not Jessie but we worked together in the same area for years........your common heat sink is probably compensating for the different voltage drops across the individual diodes and resultant different dissipation levels and is the reason you are getting away with using high current parallel diodes satisfactorily. I can't help you with your requested resupply, sorry.

Remember in the early 70s????? seeing the submarine diodes out there, surplus for around $100 apiece... Seems like they were rated for 125 amps give or take.
