Funny!

Around here though, they'd make you shovel it away or they'd stop delivering your mail.... the route guy left a note in my work mailbox a couple years ago, and it was far less snow than that.

There's no snow blocking the carrier's approach to the mailbox, so shouldn't be a problem. They can drive right up to it. I would never have said anything to any of my patrons about it.
The only possible problem I can see is that the flag on the box is not functional. Otherwise, no other problem.
