Been bad hot like 74 deg but weather just now is saying slow rain but do have tornado three counties south of me. Any time one has this hot weather this time of the year you know storms are possible . Killing me I have been going hard ever day outside normal day is 8,000 steps this week ever day is 10 + / well they just came on saying STRONG to severe storms tonight so guess we will see.
