You need serious heat and maybe even two hydraulic jacks, depending on how bad it is.

Don't even waste your time spraying panther pee on it. You may as well use your own pee for all the good it will do.

It might loosen up if you remove the clamp, drop a slightly undersize pin through the alignment hole, and drive it around. That is if it's a round axle. Square, not so much.
