No. Not redneck. Cords don't appear to be cut. And the ends are good. A redneck would never use 2 lengthy good cords to do this. They would be running from trailer house out to the battery charger on the pick-up in the driveway.

Also, the ground prong in still there. A redneck would have yanked that out first thing.

Yesterday, I was trimming some hedges out in the front of our house. My wife asked what the hedge clippers were called. I told her that they go by two names. Hedge clippers. And extension cord cutters. I don't have any long extension cords that I haven't cut at least once over the years.
