Does anyone know if Storey Tractor or Russel Mason are still in business in Tennessee? Any yards in Mississippi or Georgia that have 4 digit Olivers. Anything in Central or Southern Alabama? Or anything in Kentucky?
 
Went by Stories probably three or four years ago, maybe longer as I never did have much sense of time. Everything was gone.
 
Mid south salvage in Decatur Al. Rumor has it they are closed through end of the year. Cross creek tractor in Cullman Alabama. Also All State Ag has several salvage yards, not sure where. But they ship. Olivers are rare in Alabama.....
 
It sounds like you may be more familiar with Russell Mason and can help with something. I am in Limestone County, AL. In the 1990's we would go to Hammer's Department store when it was on the square in Winchester. We would also go by Russell Mason at times to see what Oliver/ White farm toys they had. I have an 1850 that Russell Mason sold new to a customer south of Ardmore. It still has the Russell Mason stickers on it. It came from the second owner who knew the original buyer. The model number states that the tractor was built narrow front. It is wide front now. My Dad talked to the second owner yesterday. He asked if the tractor included the narrow front with it when it was bought from the original owner. The second owner said he never knew of the tractor having a narrow front. Is it possible that Russell Mason would have changed the front end at the customers request before delivering it?

Narrow front for this tractor is what I am looking for.
 
Correct. I work within a mile of Midsouth. All state doesn't have what I want. Cross Creek doesn't either.
 
Try All States Ag Parts Black Creek, WI location. 877-530-2010. They have a dismantled 1850 NF, don't know if they still have the narrow front.
 
Thank you. I will try these. I already called All State but I am thinking now that he was probably only representing one yard.
