mice chewing wiring

mice are chewing up my wiring on tractors, trucks, excavators. They chew it up right at the junction boxes so you can't just replace the wiring. Anything I can spray on the wiring to poison or discourage them?

I feed my mice and leave party drinks.
Plenty of mice bait for them to eat and antifreeze to drink.
I put the party food in a place no pet can get to.
I find if I put plenty of party food in out buildings I don't have mice in my house.
I buy a small bucket of bait from Menards for about half the price per pound.
Always carry some bait in my truck. I have a few out buildings and garages to feed mice.

Feed the mice, you won't have any problems.

I prefer to set up a perimeter to keep the mice AWAY from the vehicles. Poison around the outside wall of the building.

A lot of people put poison right in the vehicles but that attracts more mice in, and when they get there, screw the poison, look at all these tasty wires!

Hi, I have no connection to this company but this type of trap works. I know someone that has put it in the cab of his combine.
In cold climates use windshield washer fluid instead of water.
A friend made his ow for his hunt camp using a couple pop cans with a steel road through the center of the pop cans on top of a bucket and peanut butter on opposite sides of the pop cans.
