USAH means USA Harness out of Winnsboro Texas. Optronics acquired them at some point. They should be able to get the same factory connector. This info may be to late. Let me know what you did as i have the same issue.
 
Grote makes plug together harness for trailers. Yes it is mostly for semi trailers though the back end and line up the frame would be very similar.
 
Gees how hard is it to wire a trailer . you have many options . Napa , a local truck supply house , Terminal supply . Local trailer places . I did a rewire on my 28 foot goose neck with up grades and extra lights in half a day and installed everything in water proof conduit . Made the light run on two separate systems installed two main water tight junction boxes where the 7 wire feed went then installed eight water tight junctions for the side lights . All pieces and part bought local
 
It's not. But when your trailer was built with a sealed, modular harness that will last forever, you'll want to replace a damaged harness with the same thing. Not some cobbled together junk.
