wheel weight bolt pattern?

Friend has a set of homemade wheel weights. Basically made by torching out and discarding the center hub out of an implement steel wheel, Then using the outer rim and spokes for a mold to pour cement in. The mold became part of the wheel weight.
Holes were drilled for mounting bolt holes. 2 different hole patterns. one three bolt pattern, one 2 bolt pattern. They were likely used on 2 different tractors is my thinking.
Questions - - What tractor would of used a 3 hole bolt pattern for wheel weights??? Also, 2 hole bolt pattern?? I realize that possibly only 2 holes could of possibly been drilled for a 4 bolt pattern, and they just used 2 bolts instead of 4, 6, or whatever.

Pretty sure all Deeres had 3 bolt, other than press steel and spoke rims, everybody else had 2/4 holes. I bought a really nice pair of weights like you mentioned, old IH mechanics estate sale. fit really well on the 560 he had and the H they are on now.

S.V, take a look at the 1,400 lb weights in the Help Identify, there thick and three holes, see what u think of them?
