So,,we got the last bag of blackberrys out of the freezer,,and made some blackberry /apple
preserves
We cooked the berrys and ran them through the food mill,,,and cooked some diced up apples till
soft
Added sugar,,and jarred them up into hot sterilized jars,,processed them in the boiling waterbath
canner
12 half pints fit in our canner,,,one will be a sample,its not processed
Now,,we must clean up,,mom will be home soon!
