Hauling some beer barley

Been hauling a few loads of malt or beer barley to help out a neighbor the last few days we leave by 5 am so we can make two loads a day . Traded part of the work for a 6x6 Polaris looks in pretty good shape needs a carburetor or a carb rebuild still debating whether or not to buy one of the 60 dollar eBay specials since carb work isnt my speciality. Never had a camera to watch loading before usually have to stand in the dust

They are not the easiest carb to rebuild. I just put a 45 buck kit in one for a sportsman 500. If the 60 buck one works it would sure be worth it.

Get the whole carb off Amazon. We stopped trying to clean carbs on anything (except tractors). Those cheap carbs are great.

If the carb is just gummed from sitting, and will clean up without a kit, nothing to loose by trying.

But if it needs any parts probably better to buy the aftermarket carb.

Last aftermarket carb I bought came from China for $15 had a fuel mix screw.
The OEM carb didn't. It works great.

get a can of Mercury power tune for outboard motors, drain carb and fill through fuel line ,let it sit hour then start it. works great

They will just about float they will go about anywhere. Polaris
made a set of tracks for the back and skis for the front

SV. That is one fine buggy. I have the Polaris 800 Crew 4x4. Darn near unstoppable. They make a fine product. That 6x6 would be the thing to have once you figure out the carb issue. Wingnut

I love the B12! However on a few occasions it seems to have caused swelling of some rubber components. I used a spray can to soak a rag and wiped the crustys off a bowl o-ring; ring fit fine when disassembled but was too big when trying to reassemble.
