Part identification needed for Case 580B hoe

I posted down on the dozer and backhoe section but thought I would post on here too. I have a bad leak in the swivel fitting that connects the boom cylinders to the controls. The serial # of my hoe unit is 5278703. The dealer and Messicks parts can't seem to find the part number for it. I put new o rings in it but I only had generic rings so they may be wrong cause it leaks nearly as bad as before. There is some pretty good wear inside it so that may also be the problem. I'd like to either get a new one or a used one but it's kinda hard if I don't know what it's called and neither do they.

Some options:
If the wear is on the hollow bolt and the hole in the swivel, the hole can be drilled, reamed to standard size and a bushing/sleeve can be pressed into it, then reamed to the bolt size with a new bolt. If the wear is on the O-ring face, the face can be turned true and flat and the O-ring groove corrected. O-rings for less common applications can be found on line, and at hydraulic shops. Jim

Here 'ya go, "Parker" brand at Graingers, must be a lot of other sources, as well but this will get you started.

(-6 [3/8" hose] and -8 [1/2" hose] sizes are shown, they skip -10 and have -12)

Live Swivel.. see link. Not exact replacements but with fittings added could be made to work. Just eyeball guess looks to be 3/4 in. so second to last option is probably best. Grangers has them to in more sizes and thread/style but everything there in 3/4 in. is North of $100. I am taking a big guess that your hoe attachment is a 35A, the years match your machine. You can poke around there in the diagrams of the 2nd link if you want to try to find the Case part number. Probably not available but sometimes a web search will find things like that.
