MM G706 Heating problem

I have a Moline G706 diesel there are times it runs up to 215 before thermostats open and drops down to 180..rebuilt engine had radiator gone through 2 new thermostats I checked the water pump it has resistance gear driven impeller looks good any ideas??

I'll ad this too new temp guage and used a heat gun all good there too.

Try drilling a 1/8 weep hole at edge of thermostat to allow warm water to rise up and open the thermostat

Thats a good idea because when I felt pipe going to thermostats the pipe was warm at best no where for water to go unless the hot water could get to thermostats..
