I came across this hand crank at an auction, and I havent seen one with a lug wrench at the end before. Any leads on what it might be?

Likely not an engine starting crank, but rather just the tire
lug wrench. The pin through it on the opposite end from the
socket would engage in the jack. Telling exactly what
vehicle it came from is way out of my league.

It could very well be a combination starting crank and lug nut wrench for an older vehicle.

The photo above is of such a tool for the Model A Fords, the length is different, but will all the makes and models of cars produced "back in the day" it could certainly have been for another vehicle.

Looks like the engine crank/lug wrench
combo that was in the trunk of the '36
Chevy my folks had when I was a kid.

i would say its a 2 in one wrench . change the tire then crank the engine and your off. like on old vehicles.
