Yesterday my old 1988 Wheel Horse passed 2000 hours. Never had much wrong with it, adjusted the valves years ago, drilled the main jet in the carb. out a hair and put a crank shaft seal in it last fall. No trouble with the hydro or the Onan engine.

I have 2000+ hours on a 20 hp Kohler command. It's on a 2004 terramite. Still going strong. No valve adjustment required, hydraulic lifters.
The first wheel horse was a true garden tractor, bar tires, pulled disks, tillers. Snow plows.
Shame they were bought out.
 
And it still looks good. You have a nice place, looks like the Wheel Horse covers some ground each year
