Hi all. New to the old tractor scene. Just bought a Deere 2510 in incredible shape. Looking forward to putting it to work.

Went to find the manual and any service manuals online and coming up empty aside from eBay and Amazon. Is there a resource that has these free? Not opposed to buying them, but free is always better if an option.

Hello dawg welcome to YT! I do not think there are any free lunches down these lines. I think John Deere for a while had downloadable operators manuals for there machines on the parts website but I have heard recently that you have to pay to get them now. If you search John Frere Parts Catalog, this would be where you get to the operators manual and the parts listings for your tractor. Here is a link to the only manual YT sell for your tractor. It is an IT service manual, being new to tractors you may not know that company for years has written condensed manuals for tractors. Say you are changing a gear in your transmission, these books do not lay out step by step procedures for the operation. Rather they cover complicated steps that might be found working with the transmission shaft, clearances bolt torque and other specs. If you are looking to get a full on John Deere shop repair manual for your tractor external_link.com has downloadable versions if you are okay with that method.

Welcome to the forum. I have a 2510 gas and a diesel as well as a 2520 diesel. If i ever have to downsize to one tractor it will be a tough choice between my 2510 diesel and the 4020 dad bought new. Tom
