Old Farm Truck

Local car show today. Pretty hot at 95 degrees but I was determined to get something to the show. Took the Chevy II. This old Chevy truck was a real eye catcher. Built up by a local farmer.

that is nice, even the color matches the time period. not a bright shiny color you need your dark glasses for.

I grew up using a 49 international pickup on the dairy farm.

I was driving, my brother was in back putting hay in feed though.

All the sudden my brother came flying over the hood and the truck wend down on it's
axle. The one ton bull decided it wanted feed now. Climbed in the bed of truck and
started eating.

Part of me would like to have a 49 round fender , tear drop headlight, crank out front
window, step side International. Then the other part of me asks, what are you going to
do with it?

What you are going to do with it is drive it to car shows and spend enjoyable hours visiting with others who have the same addiction to old iron. Thats what i do.
