Burns, Oregon

A lady over there has a oliver 1800. Shop says the pump is stuck and wants $2500 to fix it. Just trying to find her some options as I'm 5 hours away.
 
Burns is near where I live. I wish I could be of some help, but injection pumps I have zero experience with. The couple tractor repair shops here are mighty proud of their work (well I assume due to the high cost).
 
I've been to burns and never will forget it. Was the first and only ticket I ever got in OR. Was for not having that stupid trip permit that you need for there. Got to the Vail scale and didn't know that not all scales were not ports of entry. Expensive lesson. Burns is just a wide spot in the road sort of.
As for the Oliver there are a couple junkyards over by Ontario OR you could probably get a used pump off of for that money and have a spare. There is also a guy in ID Have to look up his number. Might have one. Probably if there is a shoot over that way would bring it with him and could meet or pickup from along the way.
 
If it is a Roosa DB, they are easy to ger unstuck. 4 hours without a dishwasher like machine should get it unstuck, and a 50 bucks seal kit.

travels around la grande. He has
experience in brand new all the way back
to 1940s machines.

Looks like Lagrande to Burns is 200 miles. Seems like that would be awful expensive unless he had other business there. Can call or text me. Thank you.

Thank you the chick daddy. A nice guy gave me a call today. I presume you gave him my number. If the lady doesn't use him I may as it seems he is fairly close. Just what a cheap arse like me needs.
