after the tractor is split' how to remove the release bearing?

with the clutch pedal disconnected it should just slide off. I can't rememeber if it has a housing it is on or if it just slides on the shaft something tells me it hs a housing it is on that would need to be separated from the bearing. Been a lot of years since we had ours apart.

Yes the housing and thrust bearing come off
together, chances are the housing will break ,
Are you renewing clutch as well?

The external linkage has to be disconnected for the fork shaft to
rotate enough for the bearing to slide off. Other wise unbolt the fork
from the shaft, remove the fat washer from the left one and pull the
shafts to remove the fork. Mark.
