Looks like Fowler's attempt at powering a cable ploughing engine with an internal
combustion engine. No power steering back in those days either. This would be 1920's to
30's.

I was a bit out on my dates as it was late 1930's when these engines were converted to diesel with a Maclaren of Leeds engine.

Hi Majorman, Beeby Brothers of Remstone on the Notts and Leics boarder ran a pair of Fowler BB1 engines with McLaren diesel engines for many years. The most intresting thing about these engines was the Fordson E27N radiators.
Are you going to Marsham rally next month, I will be there as I am doing the commentry and the theme is 75 years of the Ferguson TE20. Hopefully I will be taking my 1951 TED fitted with a Ferguson mid mounted mower. MJ.
