Larry that picture of that 424 brings back memories. Dad used to farm together with a neighbor that had one. They used it to pull the their harvester barning tobacco. I wasn't much if anymore than ten, but I was the relief driver for dad's crew and neighbor. I pure dreaded for anyone to holler woah. That had to been the stiffest clutch ever ! I had to get out of the seat and totally stand on the clutch pedal to stop it. I was so glad to be able to drive the 454 / 464 that dad had to pull our harvester when it was our turn to barn. Night and day difference.
