What's with the spam posts?

Are they words that a computer says when it's trying to come up with something that people will believe and respond to?

Seems with AI, computers these days could do better than that. At least come up with something that makes sense.

Whatever else you can say about them, they are "smart" enough to know it's a holiday and our gracious hosts have the day off!
