My 460 hydraulics were slow then quit put in a new pump cleaned orphis screen.loader went up and down while that made steering turn to right. Then had dead head changed to double acting and then loader went up and down bucket never had movement. 3 point wouldn't work had down pressure which I never had before. Put more oil in so has plenty of oil. But now I have no control at all.

Hello Bob welcome to YT! You have a lot going on there with your hydraulics. What did you find in the hydraulic filter area when you had it out while replacing the pump? Did you see a lot of metal filings in there? It sounds to me like you have a lot of debris moving around in the system messing up the operation of the valves in the system. If you open up parts of a hydraulic system everything in the area needs to been clean, clean so no debris is introduced in the system. Have you had this tractor for some time and through use you said the hydraulics became slow? Or is this a tractor you acquired recently and it developed this problem? Just trying to figure out if we are trying to diagnose a problem you know all the details about or if they are part of a long term problem with the tractor that you are just coming to realize.

I just bought it recently and they were slow had to run wide open filter was dirty oil was milky indicating water nothing in oil tho

Sorry, I was busy this weekend. I am surprised nobody else chimed in, but on the other hand the error in your title probably threw them off. You should try to post this again on the YT Farmall IHC section ..shown in the link.. and make sure you get 460 in the topic title. I am curious did the steering wheel turn by itself when you were operating the hydraulics of the loader? Is your loader connected to the stock remotes operated by the levers on the side of the dash or does it have its own set of valves? Did the bucket function ever work for you before? Some may have questioned when you said you operated the 3 point, a 460 Farmall would not have a 3 point but it may have a fast hitch converted to 3 point. I assume by cleaning the orifice screen you meant the pilot valve orifice that bumps up from stand-by to operating pressure when there is a flow demand? I will look for your post over there.
