180 Massey oil leak

Oil is leaking bad on the underside of the power steering rack (power steering cylinder) on my 1966 180 Massey Ferguson. There is some oil on
top of the rack also. Maybe blown up there from the fan???? Is it the oil seal on the lower end of the shaft assemble and if so what is the
best way to fix it? Thank you

Whatever is leaking, best to clean it up, pressure wash it, find the leak before taking it apart so you know what to look for when you go into it.

Yes the seal. They're not bad with the book
