Judging by the tracks I think it may be a Russian Belarus.
We had a few agricultural versions over here. One cultivator manufacture used one as his demonstration tractor, I watched it a few times at demos with a sub soiler and the smoke hung in the air on each bout so he turned back into it. When he sold it it went to a customer of mine at Peterborough and worked hard for many years but never lost the smoke screen.

In Vet Nam I saw dozers similar to it. Thought it was from Russia. Same
