close..It was a little cool in the morning but was pretty nice by noon...They ran 2 rings for awhile to get things done as it was supposed to rain..There was a nice crowd

This picture is several years old...I went by this place on the way to the sale today and the 6000 Ford is still there plus lots of other old tractors-etc...

I will be tractor pulling every weekend (weather permitting) until October so this will probably be it for sale reports for awhile..So far 4 of 5 the pulls I wanted to pull at have been rained out.

It was a gas 3000...The power steering stuff was in a large plastic tote to the right of the tractor..You cant see it..

We couldn't believe it...There was a ripper and another bucket with it...Two people wanted it pretty bad.

At least twice what it should have brought or at least the way I have seen them sell , I kept thinking he would come back and say he made a mistake on the hoe price .

As always I really enjoyed the pictures and auction report . Best wishes for your pulling season.

Thanks again 1206--That field of corn needs a shot of NH-3 REAL bad! What do you do when it rains all the time? You should stop and buy that red belly 6000--it would fit right with your other one---Tee

I figured it would bring $1500-2000 tops...That shows how little I know..They just kept bidding and bidding and wouldnt stop..

The neighbors corn field north of my house is getting so far gone that I'm wondering if NH-3 will even bring it back....After 8 weeks some is less than 4 tall....He's a good farmer and I know he is sick about it...Theres 10's of thousands of acres that look that way in my area..A week of 80's and sun would sure help....That red belly 6000 Ford sure looks too nice to be sitting under a tree..It doesnt look like he sells anything as theres a ton of iron on that farm..Of course the neighbors probably say the same thing about my place...

I sure wish I could find a gooseneck stock trailer that nice for $2500. Mine's starting to look like the Exxon Valdez.
