i bought ford 5610 with loader on it the previous had a bungy cord on the remote holding it on. i bought it at an auction 13 miles from home while driving it home i think that the hydraulic may have heated up . when i got home the 3 point hitch still works fine lifts a load, but the remote will not work. i connected the loader to another tractor and it operated fine hooked to it. what do you think may be wrong with the remote?

If it has a second remote, dead head that
while trying to work the loader. If it
works then there is a bad shuttle check in
the remote feeding the loader. If it only
has one remote open the pilot line from the
remote and activate the valve and see if it
makes flow from the valve. If nothing then
it's probably the unload/relief valve in
the priority pack on top of the lift cover.
If there is flow from the pilot/load sense
line then possibly the shuttle valve is at
fault...
More often than not it's the relief acting
up and needs to be disassembled and
cleaned.
