Couldn't fall in love with the Massey
Harris Pony. Had it up for sale for 5-6
weeks, very little interest. Guy
contacted me yesterday and asked if I
would consider a trade. I said it
depends, what ya got..... A cub he says!
Well that's the only thing I would
consider. 48 cub ,no implements. I
wasn't crazy about it because pony has
cultivators. Then he said he had a parts
cub too. Done deal.

Parts cub has busted final drive. But
motor is not stuck. Missing a few parts.
Seat, draw bar and wheel weights came
with it. Might run again!

Starter is dragging horrible on the
running tractor....easy fix.

Pony was cute, but hard to get on and
off. Wasn't as easy to cultivate with as
a cub.

We now have 8 cubs..... They got sorta expensive for a couple months, big free check, any way, back down to affordable now. Folks needing money

My wife wanted a pony for several years. Saw one at a tractor show and loved it. Got one and after she drove it around a few times decided it wasn't as easy to operate as the cubs. Also implements for it were impossible to find around here.

Got the Pacer up and running. A older gentleman from Louisiana bought it from me. Was the last one he needed for his collection of tractors his dad owed while he was growing up. Will get a total restore at his place. I saw pictures of his other tractors. It is at the right place. I was happy to put it together.
