112 bales of Alfalfa? that weigh 1500 each off of how many acres? Can you get 4T/a PER SEASON THERE?

The bottom of each of those bales will be spoilt by spring if you don't put them up on something real soon. But only matters to you if it spoils.

Bottom ones will spoil a little on the bottom yes been putting hay here for years and much better than no tarp and all of them on the ground. I need to put some stone down its on the list to do. I have used pallets before but that a lot of work and a lot of pallets.

That looks like awfully good hay to me. Here in my part of NWIA my alfalfa/brome mix is about a foot tall. We are dry but not bone dry but mainly just too cool. There is a little frost nip on the upper leaves. I am not very good about fertilizing and liming my little patch so that might have something to do with the stunted height.
