The one pistol cooling nozzle bore is made different had to screw a wood sheet metal screw in and a pair of vice grips and pry bar popped it right out . I think harbor freight must of updated their pumps Ive had mag 1 solvent in it for about 3 months now and the pump still works fine. Put a couple big magnets on the bottom of the washer tank to help ketch some of the metal particles that could be floating around

What kind of filter is that that you put on your parts washer? Im assuming its just a fuel filter do you have a part number? And did you pick those magnets up at Harbor freight? I think I have the same parts washer.

I got the magnets at Bomgaars. The filter is just a fuel filter I dont have a part number but I may be able to get one its for 1/2 inch hose . Seemed like all the complaints on the washer was the pump dissolving from solvent type cleaning solution. The put 3 of the outriggers on the stand and torquing main caps to 130 foot pounds the stand never moved or even tried to move .

The magnets really do work .

Picked up a third hand which sure helps to get consistent readings with my micrometers. Tomorrow hopefully I can get the camshaft in and maybe some pistons
