The fields are really dry here in west Michigan for this time of year, even my pond is down a few inches. How's things looking where you are at?

Dry,dry, dry.Cpntinueing multi year drought. Irrigation stocks are severely impacted.60% normal allotment on my system.Other local areas are at 10%,or less.Western Colorado.

April was extremely dry for NC we did get some rain this week but we set records for cold nights. 30's for may is not normal : (

Dry here on the east side of Michigan too....planted everything without even finding one mud hole.....every time I listen to the forecast they say showers possible on the west side of the state so I thought maybe you were getting some rain over there.....

Irrigating planted fields, nothing has come up yet. Probably corn here in central Michigan. My oats been up for almost 3 weeks, stalled at 3. Ponds never filled up this spring. Usually dry out mid August. Dry from the get-go this spring. Yup, it is near drought conditions.

Adams Co Ohio, about 50 miles east of Cincinnati, it's been very wet and cool.

Just tilled the garden yesterday.

Very little field work completed.

central missouri.ponds full for over a month. more rain the next four days. plenty of moisture. cousin said all his corn has been planted.

Wet wet wet here in south Louisiana probably got 8 inches of rain Monday-Wednesday on top of the 1-2 inches a week weve had over the last month with more on the way.my fish pond overflow drain hasnt stopped flowing for a month now.

I'm just east of Greenville. It's not good here. I need some pastures to grow! I've got about two days of silage left.

I finished planting corn Thursday. I dug some up yesterday that I planted last Saturday. There's enough moisture there that it's sprouted, but there's places that I planted this week where I doubt it'll do anything until it gets some moisture.

The past 2 weeks have been rainy here, but they say we are still below normal. It has also been rather cool. The grass seems to be growing slower than usual and the trees are taking their time leaving out. My lawn is wet. Looks like we are headed into a warm dry stretch next week.

Not dry here in Central NY. Its either rained or snowed pretty much every day for the last couple weeks up until the last 2 days. I got my field plowed before but have been unable to get back into the field since then. Tried last night as it looked dry on the surface. Some areas were fine then suddenly the front end of the tractor just disappeared. Cant believe I was able to get it backed out of it and wouldn't have, had I not been going uphill or had gotten a couple feet further into it.
Just going to have to do the spots I can and postpone the rest , hoping for dryer days.

Should finish planting today and for the first time in three years the fields are dry. Actually get dust when working ground. We are not too dry yet, but it's not far off. No real rain predicted.

Driest since 1895 according to one article. Guys are seeding straight through areas that previously were under water and growing cattails. No real rain since last summer and the winter's snow did not amount to a lot. At least it has not been too hot but they say that is coming in the next few days. No rain though. So yes, we are concerned.

Just about perfect here 50 miles north of Lake Ontario, just east of Toronto. Hay has been growing great with all the rain we had in April and first part of May. Cool temperature has been good for pasture grass, winter wheat and spring grain. Corn is pretty well all planted around me, and soybeans are going in now. Still cool and near freezing at night if not freezing. Had frost twice this past week, but over all things look A-1. And our pasture pond is right full, had heifers out now for 3 weeks on grass.

Here in Central Siberia (Northeast central Wisconsin, if that makes any sense) I had too much moisture to get on the fields until this past week. I'm about half done planting , all soybeans, and expect to finish by Tuesday. That will put me a little ahead of most other years. Planting conditions are ideal. Dust on top but plenty of moisture where the seeds went. Now all we need is some heat.

Very very dry in west central MN, Alexandria area, lot's of rain around us, particularly the SE part of the state.
